John Longfield-Smith, President
John has over twenty years of experience in correctional healthcare and brings a wealth of experience and innovation to this role. Over his distinguished career, he created and sold two back-office companies, the most recent one in 2021. John has consistently harnessed technology and deep expertise to enhance health outcomes, expand care access, and implement industry-leading cost control strategies. For the past four years, John has led national healthcare network development and operational teams supporting over 300 sites.

Kelly Pribble, VP of Business Development
Kelly is an accomplished healthcare executive and Northeastern Colorado native with over a decade of progressive leadership experience in correctional and transitional care settings. Kelly has successfully led national partnership development and operational initiatives, working closely with federal, state, and local agencies to implement and manage complex healthcare programs. Her expertise spans strategic planning, compliance, clinical operations, and contract management. Kelly holds dual master’s degrees in Management and Organizational Leadership and is a Certified Correctional Health Professional, known for her collaborative leadership, policy development, and commitment to delivering mission-critical results.

Brittain Brantley, SVP of Operations
Brittain has over 15 years of experience directing data-driven operational strategies to achieve enterprise performance and financial goals. He is a public health expert with prior roles in both the public and private sector leading delivery system change. Most recently he developed a Population Health program where he led Care Coordination and Case Management teams. Brittain’s background also includes extensive experience in health policy and research with roles at the RAND Corporation, Brookings Institution, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Shawn Valenta, VP of Virtual Healthcare
With over 20 years of clinical leadership experience, Shawn has led the creation of telehealth services that have transformed correctional healthcare delivery. Shawn previously oversaw the strategy and operations of a federally designated National Telehealth Center of Excellence (one of only two in the country), and he has been highlighted by the South Carolina Department of Commerce for telehealth innovation. He has presented on telehealth nationally on numerous occasions and has co-authored multiple telehealth books and articles.

Lauren O’Dell, VP, Strategy and Service Delivery
Lauren brings deep experience in clinical strategy and healthcare planning across complex systems. She has led system-wide initiatives to enhance care quality, inform strategic growth, and implement innovative delivery models across both public and private sectors. In her previous leadership roles, Lauren partnered with clinical executives to drive the implementation of high-impact programs and optimize service delivery across diverse populations. She also held strategic roles at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where she advanced system-wide priorities and contributed to organizational growth through strategic partnerships and planning.
