John has over twenty years of experience in correctional healthcare and brings a wealth of experience and innovation to this role. Over his distinguished career, he created and sold two back-office companies, the most recent one in 2021. John has consistently harnessed technology and deep expertise to enhance health outcomes, expand care access, and implement industry-leading cost control strategies. For the past four years, John has led national healthcare network development and operational teams supporting over 300 sites.

Dr. Richard Maenza, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Maenza has Board Certifications in Emergency Medicine and Addiction Medicine. In a 25+ year career working the night shift in the Emergency Department, he gained an understanding of the need for high-quality medical care on an urgent basis around the clock. For the past 15 years, he has been a clinician, administrator, and entrepreneur for telehealth services which sought to improve access to quality healthcare on demand. Dr. Maenza has been the clinical lead for Zenova Emergency Care for the past three years, maintaining his focus on access to care, quality of care, team empowerment and clinician well-being.

Lauren O’Dell, VP, Strategy and Service Delivery
Lauren brings deep experience in clinical strategy and healthcare planning across complex systems. She has led system-wide initiatives to enhance care quality, inform strategic growth, and implement innovative delivery models across both public and private sectors. In her previous leadership roles, Lauren partnered with clinical executives to drive the implementation of high-impact programs and optimize service delivery across diverse populations. She also held strategic roles at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), where she advanced system-wide priorities and contributed to organizational growth through strategic partnerships and planning.

Dennis Miruka, Vice President of Finance Operations
Dennis Miruka is a strategic finance and operations executive with more than 16 years of experience driving business performance through financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounting, and enterprise-level decision support. He has a proven track record of partnering with executive and operational leaders to strengthen financial discipline, improve performance visibility, optimize resources, and support sustainable growth. His experience spans commercial, information technology, and correctional healthcare environments, where he brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to translating financial insights into actionable business decisions.

Kelly Pribble, VP of Business Development
Kelly is an accomplished healthcare executive and Northeastern Colorado native with over a decade of progressive leadership experience in correctional and transitional care settings. Kelly has successfully led national partnership development and operational initiatives, working closely with federal, state, and local agencies to implement and manage complex healthcare programs. Her expertise spans strategic planning, compliance, clinical operations, and contract management. Kelly holds dual master’s degrees in Management and Organizational Leadership and is a Certified Correctional Health Professional, known for her collaborative leadership, policy development, and commitment to delivering mission-critical results.

Wendy is a seasoned and results-driven executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in the corrections industry. She has a proven ability to guide diverse teams toward new levels of performance and success.
